Refund and Returns Policy

Overview:

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, virtual items, and some health and personal care items.

To initiate a return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending the purchased item back to the manufacturer.

Battles (Tournaments):

For Battles, specifically Tournaments, the following conditions apply:

  • When you voluntarily leave a Tournament, a 10% deduction from the entry cost will be made to cover admin and tournament organizer fees.
  • If you are kicked from a Tournament, you will receive a full refund.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank. If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be credited to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
