- Description of Service
GuildsVR.com is a platform that facilitates the connection between players and guilds. Users can upload images, audio, and videos, create galleries from their uploads, create articles, send private messages, post in forums, share social media links, make friend connections, join other guilds, create a guild, post activity updates, participate in tournaments, and challenges.
- User-Generated Content
a. Ownership and Responsibility: By uploading any content to the Service, including images, audio, videos, articles, or any other form of content, you affirm that you own the rights to the content or have obtained the necessary permissions. You retain all ownership rights to your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content on and through the Service.
b. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate in our sole discretion.
- User Conduct

- Tournaments and Challenges
a. Tournament Organizer Fees: When hosting a tournament on the Service, the organizer will be charged a 10% administration fee on the entry cost. The organizer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the entry cost and the terms and conditions of the tournament.
b. Player Withdrawal: If a player voluntarily leaves a tournament, the organizer will retain 3% of the entry cost as a processing fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the player.
c. Organizer Actions: If the organizer kicks a player or guild from a tournament, the organizer will provide a full refund of the entry cost to the affected player or guild.
- Intellectual Property
a. Service Content: All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of [Company Name] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of the Service’s content without our prior written consent.
